Adam talked his way into MTEK - got a job right after internship "Love this job"

Eventhough Adam Elfsborg only is 19 years old, he has already worked at MTEK for three years.

"My teacher worked at MTEK and when I heard him talk about the job, it sounded so exciting, so before the summer vacation after the first year of high school, I called Mattias (Andersson, CEO) and asked if I could please come in for an interview," Adam says and continues:

“Before the interview I was really scared. After all, I was a just a schoolkid and felt like I didn't know anything. But as soon as I got there, I met amazing and wonderful people and everything was so relaxed. All my doubts and nervousness just disappeared.”

Adam continued to work during the summers until graduation. The goal was always MTEK, and after a paid internship via Tekniksprånget, he became permanently employed just six months after completing his education.

“I love programming and I wanted to get a job where I have fun. I found that combination right here at MTEK.”

“The job varies all the time and I learn new things every day. It feels amazing!”
